The programme, hosted by Ian Shaw and can be heard on Jazz FM in the UK every Friday evening from 9pm (GMT), on Jazz & The Arts, Jazz FM 91 in Toronto at 9pm (EST) every Friday, Jazz 88 in St. Paul Minniesota every Tuesday at 8pm (EST), Jazz 90.1 Rochester, New York at 9pm (EST) every Wednesday and Saturday and on British Airways Transatlantic flights.
The show takes you backstage at the world famous Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in London, bringing interviews, special moments and exclusive live recordings.
Founded in 1959 the club presents the biggest names in jazz, all of who favour its intimate surroundings. Ronnie Scott's is also the best and usually the first place to catch hotly-tipped rising stars, visionary artists and the next big thing too.
Guests on the show to date, include George Benson, Dianne Reeves, Georgie Fame, Frank Sinatra Jnr, Snarky Puppy, Esperanza Spalding and Harry Shearer to name but a few.
